NCRF uses your money wisely and manages it prudently. We strive to serve organizations that cannot get sufficient, affordable financing for their project. NCRF underwrites loans thoroughly, and realistically, measuring and evaluating the risks and benefits of a project, the financial capacity of a borrower and especially how the project will serve low-income and underserved people. We work hard to help our clients succeed, providing them not just a loan, but also technical assistance throughout the lending process and term of their loan. At NCRF, we don’t succeed unless our borrowers succeed. NCRF maintains a loan loss reserve to protect our investors’ capital. NCRF has an extremely low loan loss ratio and has never failed to repay an investor.
